ANOVOS came to Bear and his team for a much needed production-worthy Worf Baldric Sash to be used in the The Big Bang Theory episode "The Bakersfield Expedition". Constructing multiple sashes in record time, these metal and leather works of art completed the Worf outfit worn by character Raj, seen also wearing an exclusive ANOVOS TNG tunic with ANOVOS-produced accoutrement, including our high-end jewelry rank pips.

• All pieces hand produced by Bear Burge and his team following the original production process. Bear Burge has over 30 years of experience at prop making, and has made and contributed to the manufacture of numerous The Next Generation-era props, having worked on Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise, as well various Star Trek™ feature films.
• Exact replica of Worf's Warrior Baldric first introduced in Season Two of Star Trek™: The Next Generation®, made by Bear Burge, one of the prop makers who created it for the character, and seen throughout the run of The Next Generation.
• Hand-linked rings with leather woven into sash, and featuring an exact 1:1 replica of Worf's hero Klingon distinction medallion, direct from the original.
• As with all of ANOVOS products, this piece is officially licensed by CBS.

The Material

• Metal rings, all of which are hand-cut and polished.
• Specially selected leather, matched to original samples.
• Resin casting of hero Klingon distinction medal, with inlaid fabric tile pattern mirroring the original.
• Metal button snap enclosure on back authentic to original.

Bear Burge has over 30 years professional experience as a prop fabricator and designer in the Film and Television industry, from concept to complete fabrication; machinist (metal and wood), pattern making, foam sculpting, welding (including aluminum and arc), vacuumform, fiberglass, all forms of molds and casting, plastics, foams, metal, Plexiglas, leatherwork, prop/costume design and prototyping. His highly recognizable props can be seen in some of the best-known science fiction film and television series.

Bear worked on Star Trek™ through Prop'er Effects, from 1987-'95. However, his props and designs continued to appear in Star Trek™ productions through 2002.

Items are all hand-made. Delivery estimated between 8 to 10 weeks of complete payment.

  Full cost of the baldric (not including S&H) is $1209.95 USD.
• If you are paying using our layaway method, you will be paying $450.00 USD for the initial pre-order deposit. This will allow the manufacturer to being processing your order. Cancellation of your pre-order will result in a penalty of $50, which will be deducted from any refund duly executed by ANOVOS. After initial submission of pre-order downpayment, you will be asked to pay the remainder (referred to as the "Final Payment") when the uniform piece is readied for shipment. Those paying via our layaway program may pay towards the Final Payment in increments as their budget permits, but must be paid by the end of three (3) months from the date that the initial pre-order is placed. Link to layaway payment will be sent to you within 2 to 4 business days following pre-order submission.
• Shipping and Handling
  The shipping & handling for this item is also collected at the time of pre-order. Shipping time frame given is an estimate only and is subject to change for any reason.
  
  Furthermore, each uniform piece is shipped individually, as they are packaged that way. Should you wish to combine items in one single shipment, a fee $25 USD will be charged per order combined.
• Shipping dates are estimates and are subject to change. We will endeavor to notify you of any major changes to your pre-order, should they arise.
• Shipping costs include packaging of this piece, as well as insurance, since these items are extremely limited. We will only ship this via carriers that provide full and complete tracking, both domestic and international. You are fully responsible for any import duties, local customs taxes, and brokerage fees.
