NOVO Deal Survival Guide

Having seen the NOVO Deals in action, not to mention the feedback because of them, ANOVOS has assembled this survival guide in order to answer your questions and avoid problems during these deals.

  1. Make sure that you have an account with ANOVOS.com.

Having an account with ANOVOS.com will facilitate the placement of your order, so make sure you can log into it and that your information is current. If you find you cannot log in, contact us so we can correct it. Otherwise, you can create an account by clicking on "Register" at the top of any page at ANOVOS.com.
  2. Make sure your Paypal account is up to date.

It seems elementary, but having an up-to-date Paypal account will avoid any issues during the payment portion of the checkout process.
  3. If paying by credit card (not via Paypal), do not use an e-mail address from a free e-mail provider.

Credit card processors and payment gateways view transactions from free e-mail providers (yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, et al) as being high risk. In order to avoid the possibility of a declined transaction, use the e-mail address provided to you by an ISP.

For the record, there is nothing we can do about a declined transaction — that determination is made solely by the payment gateway / credit card processor, and we have no say in their decision making.
  4. Having an item in your cart does not secure the item.

Just because an item is in your cart does not at all mean that you've successfully snagged the item. You have to begin the checkout process in order to secure the item. Otherwise, the item is still at risk of being sold out before you are able to begin the purchase.
  5. No reason to get excited. It's only an item you want, not an item you need.

Let's be honest, ANOVOS deals with items that you want. You don't need to put money towards anything you buy from us, but you do need money to pay your utility bills, rent, and living essentials. So, if you are using money from your student loans and other entitlements to purchase our stuff, do yourself a favor and don't. We've seen people do this, and take our word for it... just don't do it. We're doing you a favor by saying all that, so please heed that bit of advice.
