When will X product be available? What will said product cost?

We are diligently working on a timeline that lists the releases of our products, as well as their potential ordering windows. When it is available, we will make it easily accessible from any portion of our website, so you can plan your finances accordingly. Having said that, that the timeline may be subject to change.

As for the pricing, we do not offer estimates on pricing since there are many factors affect pricing. When we feel the pricing is nearly finalized, we will then offer that information via our newsletter, website, and social media (Facebook and Twitter).

How can I check the status of my order?

At present, we do not have an automated system that allows you to check the status of your order. Our web team is working on such a system.

All of our props and uniforms typically take 8 to 10 weeks after the closure of the ordering window to ship.

For example: If the final day of the ordering window for the product you've ordered is 31 January 2011, then the item will be shipped 8 to 10 weeks after January 31st.

How does sizing work? Does ANOVOS make uniforms to my custom measurements?

To streamline the manufacturing process, we have designated letters sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.) to certain measurement ranges. While you are required to measure yourself per our measuring guide, we do not make uniforms based on these custom measurements.

Each product page and ordering page lists our sizing chart, in addition to how to properly get your clothing measurements. Refer to this chart when ordering.

Furthermore, it is important to realize that size designations from clothing you purchase at a retail location that lists dress, pant,and shirt sizes are embellished for the consumer. These are not industry standard measurements used by clothing manufacturers internally, and ANOVOS uses the industry standard measurements.

If I have a bulk order or want to commission a costume to my own personal measurements (which go outside of the standard ones provided by ANOVOS), how do I go about doing that?
